Introduction
Leadership Coaching Basics introduces the core principles and practical skills required to coach individuals and teams effectively. Coaching is a leadership approach that helps employees improve performance, develop capability, solve problems independently, and achieve professional goals through structured conversations rather than direct instruction.
This five-day course provides managers and leaders with practical coaching techniques that can be applied immediately in the workplace. Participants will learn how to build trust, ask effective questions, provide constructive feedback, set meaningful goals, and support continuous employee development through coaching conversations, practical exercises, and role-play scenarios.

- Participants are expected to engage in guided self-study, reading, or personal reflection on the day’s content. This contributes toward the CPD accreditation and deepens conceptual understanding.

- All training sessions are conducted from Monday to Friday, following the standard working week observed in the United Kingdom and European Union. Saturday and Sunday are official weekends and are not counted as part of the course duration.
